Alternative to on demand server administration is our managed service. The difference between the two support options is with a managed service we are able to guarantee your pre-paid hours for high priority support. Under the "On Demand" system Interspots is unable to guarantee staff time, resulting in higher administrative costs in emergency situations. Since managed services are pre-paid the rate per hour is lower then an "On Demand" service. MANAGED SERVICE
