The Interview
inter|spots uses an interview method called, Targeted Selection. This method is based on the premise that recent past behaviour is the best predictor of future behavior on the job. Interviewers ask candidates questions about how they have dealt with certain situations related to the position in order to assess how they will perform on the job in the future.

The Interview Panel
Typically, this approach includes two or three interviewers: the hiring supervisor and technical experts from the work area.

How To Prepare For The Interview
You can prepare by analyzing your work and life experiences and thinking of specific examples that give evidence of accomplishments and how you have used your skills, relating to the specific position for which you have applied.
