Domain Names
What to be cautious of when registering a domain name.

First - Domain Hijacking. One of our interpretations of 'domain hijacking' is replacing the contact and ownership information of the actual domain owner to another party without the actual domain owner's consent. That 'other party' includes but is not limited to the domain provider and/or their staff.

Second - Hidden Fees. We make our yearly price very clear, $40 CDN per Year for .ca's and $35 CDN per Year for .com's. In the rare event a domain owner decides to move their domain elsewhere, we have never nor do we charge the domain holder for the domain holder leaving our service. To also clarify there is no setup fee for domain purchases, only our above Yearly fee.

Third - Renewing without your consent. Once the domain is registered through us, you will be made aware of the renewal date and are responsible for notifying us of your desire to renew or cancel. We will not renew a domain without your consent. Meaning the domain will only be registered for the period you instruct (domain name registrations are purchased in Years.).

Fourth - Support. We are available at any hour or day to assist the company with domain contact changes.
